Terry Bollea, better known as the professional wrestler Hulk Hogan, died in July 2025 at the age of 71, leaving behind his widow Sky Daily and their son Hayden Hitt. New legal filings have now placed both at the center of a negligence claim stemming from a social gathering in March.
According to a lawsuit reported by TMZ, the stepson Hayden Hitt hosted a party on March 28 while Daily attended a Real American wrestling event. The suit alleges that Daily purchased alcohol for the event with full knowledge that minors would be present. A minor, identified as Jane B. Doe, claims she drank a Four Loko, lost consciousness, and was subsequently raped by another minor, John B. Doe, for several hours.
The plaintiff asserts that Hitt advertised the victim as "free p, y" and conducted an "auction" for sexual access. Following the incident, Jane B. Doe stated that Daily discarded a used condom and blood-stained sheets. The filing claims the victim suffered vaginal and anal trauma. She is seeking damages from Daily and Hitt for negligence, and from John B. Doe for sexual assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
A separate lawsuit filed by another Jane Doe alleges repeated physical violence from Hitt while she resided with him and Daily. Screenshots included in the filing show the plaintiff messaging Daily that Hitt "shoved me all the way from the door into the clothes rack." Daily allegedly replied, "I’m sorry he’s acting out. Now is not the time to talk sense. Always wait till the morning."
The next day, Hitt allegedly texted the second Jane Doe to ask if she was pressing charges but deleted the message before sending it. This plaintiff is suing the mother and son for emotional distress, Hitt for battery, and Daily for a civil claim related to criminal practices. A spokesperson listed for Daily did not respond to a request for comment regarding the new claims.
The lawsuits seek to hold the adults accountable for the supervision of the event and the treatment of the minors involved. The legal actions follow the death of Terry Bollea in July 2025, which shifted the family dynamics and public scrutiny of the household.
The parties are now preparing for the next phase of the legal process. The filings were submitted to the court recently, initiating the formal review of the allegations. The cases will determine the liability of the adults for the events that transpired on March 28 and during the period of residence.
